呢頁係定時建草稿嘅薄大綱：Schedule Trigger、Google Sheets、Resend Broadcast Create。唔好加 Send 步驟。

定時由試算表 一列讀入，經官方 Resend 節點 Broadcast → Create 只建 草稿（send false 或者唔開）。唔好自動寄。呢條流程唔可以有 Broadcast → Send，亦唔可以設 send: true。

唔使 n8n、淨係要 API 建草稿，睇 Resend Broadcast 草稿。Send 都係你自己撳。

Stack（只列文件有嘅）

API 事實同 human-gate 篇一樣：Create Broadcast 預設 send 係 false（草稿）。send: true（可加 scheduled_at）會直接寄或者排程，唔使另一次 send call（create-broadcast、send-with-api）。呢條 recipe 兩者都禁止。

Content queue 橋：markdown queue 唔係 n8n 節點。你（或者你自己嘅 sync）將 issue 列 mirror 入 Google Sheet。建議欄：status、segment_id、from、subject、html（或 html_en / html_zh），可選 topic_id、name、reply_to。

步驟節點（官方）點解
1Schedule Trigger（docs）每週／cron。要 save 同 publish，schedule 先會跑。
2Google Sheets → Get Row(s)（Sheets、sheet ops）讀試算表一列。Filter 例子：status = ready_draft。
3Resend → Broadcast → Create（n8n Resend、KB、README）用 subject、HTML、segment 建 campaign。只係草稿。
4（可選）Google Sheets → Update Row寫返 broadcast_id，設 status=draft_created。
本 recipe 禁止Resend Broadcast → Send（n8n Resend 有列出）人控 Send —— Dashboard，或者呢條 workflow 以外你自己決定寄。

打呢份 outline管 n8n instance；裝官方 Resend 節點；Resend API 或 OAuth2 credential 只放 n8n —— 唔好貼 key 入 chat 或 git（KB）
建議 Sheet 欄位同 expression開 Sheet；只填有同意嘅 Segment ID；timezone 用 HKT（Asia/Hong_Kong）
提醒唔好加 Send核對 Create 只係草稿之後，先 publish Schedule workflow
唔會喺呢條 flow 加 Broadcast → Send喺 Resend Dashboard 開草稿、test、自己 Send

步驟（精簡）

  1. 前置。 Verified sending domain、n8n 入面嘅 Resend API key、至少一個有 opt-in Contacts 嘅 Segment（Resend 雙語電子報、Segments + Contacts）。同意同紀錄睇 香港 PDPO 電子報同意 —— 嗰頁唔係法律意見。
  2. 一頁試算表，一列一篇。 一個 tab、有 header。只有 status=ready_draft 先合格。放真實 segment_id、from、subject、HTML。按 create-broadcast 留 {{{RESEND_UNSUBSCRIBE_URL}}}。
  3. Schedule Trigger。 例子：每 1 星期，揀你覆核窗口嘅 weekday 同鐘點。Workflow 或 instance timezone 要對到 HKT（Schedule Trigger）。Save 同 publish，否則 schedule 唔會跑。
  4. Google Sheets → Get Row(s)。 Document + sheet。Filter：欄 status，值 ready_draft。Options 入面 When Filter Has Multiple Matches 只喺你想一次跑晒所有 ready 列先開 Return All Matches（sheet ops）。
  5. Resend → Broadcast → Create（只草稿）。 將 Sheet 欄 map 去 Create：segment、from、subject、html / text，可選 name / reply-to / topic。呢個 node 唔好開 send 或 schedule-send。喺 UI 確認你唔係叫 Send。官方節點亦有 Update、Send、Cancel、Duplicate（n8n Resend、README）—— 呢條 recipe 只用 Create。
  6. 可選：Update Row。 將 Create 回傳嘅 broadcast_id 寫返，設 status=draft_created，下次 schedule 唔會重建同一列。
  7. STOP — 人控 Send。 喺 Resend Dashboard 開草稿，或者你明確 OK 之後喺呢條 workflow 以外 用 API send。呢條 recipe 唔可以有 Broadcast → Send。Create 開 send: true 同樣禁止。

失敗模式

  • 誤加 Send node —— 真係會 blast 成個 list。刪 Send，當 incident。
  • Create 開咗 send: true —— 同樣風險（create-broadcast）。
  • Schedule timezone 錯 —— 草稿出現喺錯嘅鐘點。改 workflow 或 instance timezone（Schedule Trigger）。
  • Filter 讀錯列 —— 核對 status。Return All Matches 只喺你有意一次處理多列先開。
  • Key 入 Sheet 或 chat —— API key 唔好入 cell。Credential 只放 n8n。
  • Domain 未 verify 或 Segment 錯 —— 第一次 Dashboard Send 之前你核對。
  • 文件缺口： n8n Resend Create 欄位名會跟 node 版本變。對住你裝咗嘅 n8n-nodes-resend UI 核對。唔好發明欄位。Audiences 已棄用，用 Segments（README）。Make.com 對照同 Code node 組雙語 HTML 留待之後。

你必須核對

  1. Schedule 已 publish。Timezone 係 Asia/Hong_Kong（或者你揀嘅 zone）。
  2. Sheet 欄對到 Create mapping。只有 ready_draft 會跑。
  3. Resend credential scope 正確。Sheet 冇 key。
  4. Create node 冇 Send，亦冇 send: true。
  5. Workflow 圖入面冇 Broadcast → Send node。
  6. Segment 同意係真嘅，HTML 有 unsubscribe token。
  7. 任何 live Send（喺呢條 recipe 以外）都要你 OK。
